OUR STORY:
Backed by years of experience.
Eric Callahan, the broker & owner of Prospective Realty, opened the brand in June of 2015.
A few short years later the doors to our new boutique office space on 51 Main St. in Westminster was opened.
We have since moved down the road to 135 Main St.
We are committed to welcoming quality agents who put integrity and persistence at the front of their game.

Construction Management,
Years of experience working with, and managing,
Bank Owned properties.
Personal experience in changing markets and
Investment Properties.
As well as having helped hundreds of
First time homebuyers and Veterans through the process!
