• LICENSING - First & foremost you must be licensed in the state in which you'd like to practice. Each state has different licensing rules. Currently our brokerage is licensed to practice in MA & NH. Attached is a link to the Department of Licensure for both states. Here you will find locations/links for pre-license classes, exams & applying for your license with the state. Both states will require Continuing Ed. classes and the renewing of your license prior to its expiration date.
